Returns

Who is responsible for shipping costs on returns?

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Money-Back Guarantee Statement

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 60 days from the purchase date for a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you will have 60 days from the purchase date to return your item and request a refund. You may return any StalliOnX product purchased through our official website, in accordance with the terms below:

  • A return authorization must be requested and approved within 60 days of your purchase date.
  • To begin the process, contact our support team at support@StalliOnX.com to obtain your return authorization number.
  • The authorization number must be included in your return package so we can track your return properly.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Your return authorization number
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 60 days of purchase
  • Accompanied by a valid return authorization number

Items that are opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and determine the appropriate refund amount.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email confirming receipt of your returned item. You will also be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, contact us at support@StalliOnX.com, and we'll provide return instructions. Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Processing Time

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
