Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. During holidays, orders may experience additional delays.

If invalid information is provided (e.g., incorrect payment details or incomplete/incorrect address), your order cannot be processed, and processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days.

(Note: All US shipping addresses are verified through USPS. If you are unsure about your shipping address, refer to USPS.com. This verification does not apply to international orders.)

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US public holidays.

StalliOnX is not responsible if a package is not delivered within guaranteed shipping times, as processing takes 1-2 business days and shipping times are estimated.

Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. Transit times do not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates.

StalliOnX is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including shortages of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of nature.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
  • Australia: 10-21 business days
  • Other International: 10-21 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free on orders over $75)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for domestic orders only)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

If you don't receive a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@StalliOnX.com.

Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If a package is refused, shipping and handling fees will be charged and deducted from any refund. Refunds for refused products are not issued until the items are received and inspected by the StalliOnX team.

UPS is the primary delivery service used. We cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages. For delays or delivery issues, contact support@StalliOnX.com. StalliOnX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

(Note: International shipping may take 4-6 weeks, or in rare cases, 8-12 weeks. StalliOnX is not responsible for delays caused by customs or additional fees for remote locations.)

Cancel Order

Orders are sent directly to our fulfillment center immediately after purchase.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@StalliOnX.com.

Orders requested for cancellation after 24 hours cannot be canceled.

If the order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery and notify support immediately, or return the package with a valid tracking number. Refunds will be issued after inspection.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. StalliOnX cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address after processing or shipping.

If the package is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect buyer input, the only options are to wait for return and then receive a refund or reshipment.

Holiday Shipping

During holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. We will notify customers of any significant delays through our website and email communications.

Major holidays that may affect shipping include:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day
